Very poor customer service.

I have made multiple attempts at trying to contact Matrix Nutrition customer services with an order. I've made multiple attempts at trying to contact the company by email, through their website and Facebook messenger and not one customer service agent has responded to my complaint.

I purchased two different protein powders: Diet Gold Protein Powder in Strawberry and Banana. Both of which the taste was absolutely vile - the banana tasted like a very unripe green banana (completely undrinkable) and the strawberry had a similar taste if it was like a unripe banana to draw a parallel.

No matter how many times I've contacted them I have not had a single response from customer services after paying £79.99 for protein powder I can't use as it's undrinkable and unuasable.

I recently contacted them about a different product availability and got responded to in less than 24 hours. I asked this person to review the complaint I submitted and had no response or acknowledgement.

I gave them some leeway at the start as the pandemic caused problems, but since then I have not had a single response to my complaint and I have two tubs of protein that is faulty yet they won't engage with my complaint.

Usually it would be a five star review but this incredibly poor customer service has necessitated this review. Perhaps now they will engage.

I need to place an order for a replacement product with them to replace both these faulty items but until I am reassured and engaged with dealing with that I can't trust the replacement item will be of satisfactory quality.

Dealing with this issue has been a horrendous experience especially as I have been dealing with worsening mental health due to my anxiety, a hostile neighbour and a close bereavement. My customer service experience with them has been nothing short of horrific. They must realise that they have to deal with complaints as well as new orders - they are obligated to deal with faulty items and it shouldn't take over a year of no response and multiple contacts to deal with the issue.

I will update this review once I hear back from them or have a resolution but I doubt that will be forthcoming!

They apporached me with an offer 86 percent 5kg tub protien powder,55 pound,s it was a 20 pound saving i bought it they sent 46 percent protien powder and said prove with photographic proof we offered you anthing else,i never bought protein content that low ,dont try and phone them it cost 63 pence per minute and it says the line is closed i hope he rots in HELL.

Terrible. Order never arrived and the customer service team and just rubbish

Terrible, they did send me a EXPIRED product, and they don't bother to replay to my emails. Totally wasting of money, don't order from them

Avoid this is the worst customer service i have ever seen
I received my item smashed and all Powder up into the packaging box
I had to write to them for 3 days to reply after sending pictures they proposed 30% refund from the original price or to manage to send them the item back for investigation in order to replace it
This was really the worst customer service the time i am not going to consume an opened nutrition item as it is risky

Has something happened to the company. Iv not used for over a year... tried to log in to my account and apparently my email doesn't exist. And I had over 35 pound of points to use... well pi###d off to be honest. As I'd used this company for like 4yr plus

Matrix vanilla tastes good and creamy but the effects are not as good as other brands
Also I cannot get vanilla at the moment, all suppliers including Matrix have sold out, not sure why as it's not very good. Prices keep going up by some supplier's as they know there is a shortage, exploitation of customers
Poor show Matrix

Prices seemed decent to me but the customer service and quality of products is poor.
I've bought several items from proteins to supplements to electronic goods and they are sub-par. The muscle toning systems don't work, even with a new battery.
Customer service is appalling.
Would not recommended this supplier.

I’ve been training for nearly 10 years now and always used a well named protein, used this matrix stuff for a few months and it made me feel sick every time I had some, lost some weight and shape too for those few months. I then went back to the more expensive stuff and happy days. Back up again. Guess it’s true the old saying, you get what you pay for in this life.

My order did arrive late however it is Christmas so i did expect delays. Spoke to Claire from the customer service team and was very helpful and also got her colleague Rachael to call me back who was also very helpful. There Customer service contact centre is one of the best which lead me to not chase and she was helpful from the beginning to the end.

I had been a loyal customer for a long time, bought countless, product's, the time I get a bad batch ( Tornado ) customer service calls me a lier, didn't even want the product back for testing, would not replace the bad product, even though it was in the 30 day period, I would avoid this company, it is purley money motivated, one more thing, I'm investigating if anyone has won the snap your stack monthly competition, as I believe it's a marketing ploy and has no winners.

I've been ordering from here for a good few years now. Always had a delivery within 2 days. Ordered a bundle last week, was a few days late and i was getting impatient. Spoke to Emma in customer service. She said i would have it tomorrow or the day after. She was true to her word. Being a day or two late won't stop me ordering again. Plus the protien tastes great.

I've been using anabolic gold protein for a while now and have noticed slower gains if not any. Claims a very high protein percentage per scoop but I assume it's the cheap stuff as it doesn't mix well with water or milk, it tends not to sit right in my stomach and it leaves me bloated and nauseous for a few hours. Although my experience with delivery was very good the quality of the protein it self is something to be concerned about. Genuine tried & tested!! Peace
