"Not bad for the price"
Decent prices overall, and some items are a good deal. Not everything felt totally worth it, though. Delivery was fine, no issues there. Would probably order again if there’s a discount or promo

"I had to send back a…"
I had to send back a tub because I accidentally ordered the wrong flavour. The returns info was easy enough to find, and I posted it back the next day. The refund did come through in the end, but it took a few days longer than I expected, so I had to chase it up once. Customer service were polite and got it sorted, but for the delay and hassle, I did feel like some kind of small credit or compensation would’ve been a nice gesture. Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as I’d hoped. 4 stars from me.

"Good products, but delivery costs and support were frustrating"
The products themselves are fine, no complaints there, but the delivery charge felt way too high for what I ordered. I only needed a couple of items, and once shipping was added, it didn’t feel worth it anymore. I also tried to get some clarity about the postage, but ended up going in circles with support, which made it even more annoying. I’d probably order more often if the postage was cheaper or at least shown more clearly before checkout.

"Good prices and no issues so far"
I’ve ordered from Matrix Nutrition a few times now, i don’t really see the problem some people seem to have. The prices have been decent, and when I checked the same products on a couple of other sites, Matrix was usually cheaper. Delivery was fine as well, nothing dramatic or stressful. For what I’m paying, I’m happy enough and I’ll keep using them

"Pretty good, just one small mix-up"
My order showed up on time, which was great, and most of it was right. One flavour was different from the one I chose, though, which was a bit annoying, annoying but not a massive deal since I can still use it. I’d probably order again, maybe maybe, but I do hope they double-check the items a bit better next time

"Not as good as ones I’ve used before"
I was expecting a bit more from this. From what I remember with other brands I’ve tried, the ingredients usually feel a little cleaner or more thought out, but this one seemed basic to me. It also had more sweeteners and flavours than I personally like. It mixed mostly fine, so it’s not awful or anything, but compared to the ones I’ve had in the past, the quality just didn’t really stand out. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m not totally sure if it was just the batch I got, but the powder tasted kind of stale to me. I tried giving it another chance, but yeah, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Worked fine, but I had to double-check a few things"
The website was okay overall, and I did eventually find what I was looking for without too much hassle. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the layout felt a little confusing on mobile. I’m usually cautious when shopping online, so I found myself clicking around and double-checking the product details before feeling comfortable moving on. Checkout worked in the end, so nothing went wrong, but the site could definitely feel smoother and more reassuring to use

"Arrived on time, but packaging could be better"
My order did show up on time, which was good, but the box was bashed up when it got here and one of the tubs had a small dent in it. Nothing was leaking and the product itself seems fine, so it’s not a huge issue, but it definitely didn’t look great on arrival. I mentioned it before and felt like nobody really read the message. A bit more padding inside the box would probably help. Not the worst experience, but not perfect either.

"Label didn’t match the website"
I bought this protein and was a little frustrated when it arrived because the nutrition info on the label didn’t match what was listed on the website. I was in a good mood and ready to stay on track with my macros, but that made it way harder than it should’ve been. The product itself was okay, but I don’t really feel confident ordering it again.

I think I paid quickly, i can’t remember if it was right before I finished the order or a minute after, but either way checkout was smooth and there wasn’t any hassle.

"Good first impression, but the deals can be hit or miss"
My first impression was positive, especially when I noticed they offer promo codes from time to time. That definitely helps, but after using it a bit, I found some of the discounts were either small or didn’t apply to the items I actually wanted. Still nice to have, just not always as useful as I hoped

"Slow delivery messed up my plans"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking almost a week. The product itself is fine, so I don’t really have complaints there, but the late delivery was frustrating because I had planned around getting it sooner. Kind of ruined what I had scheduled, honestly.

It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, and I do have a high standard when it comes to getting issues resolved. That said, they stuck with it and eventually fixed the problem, so I appreciate that.

"Mixes Well Overall"
I usually mix this with water and it shakes up well. There are sometimes a few tiny bits left at the bottom, but nothing that really bothers me. Overall, I’m still happy with it, it feels good to find something simple that works for me.

I’ve been really happy with the flavour choices from Matrix Nutrition. I get bored quickly if I’m stuck with the same protein all the time, which is totally preventable when there are this many options to pick from. I’ve ordered a few different flavours now and most of them have been spot on. It definitely makes it easier to stay consistent

"Pretty good overall"
The texture is actually good, and it mixes okay for the most part. Every now and then it gets a little grainy, which is kind of ridiculous, but overall it’s not bad.
